Pointing to the miscalculations of Zionist regime in dealing with the realities in Syria and Lebanon, he aid the regime’s reckless actions will undoubtedly result in negative consequences, calling for more UN serious efforts to prevent the hostile acts of the regime.
Sigrid Kaag, for her part, pointed to Iran's constructive role in solving regional crises, saying that Lebanon cannot be considered apart from the crises in the region.
Underlining that the resolution of Syrian crisis can play a role in solving the problems of Lebanon, Kaag said Lebanon takes serious impacts from the crisis, especially in Syria.
She also emphasized the need to continue consultations with the Islamic Republic of Iran for overcoming the crisis in Syria. “Iran could play a significant role in elimination of Syrian crisis," Kaag said.
